I am going to start running and cycling again (just as soon as I go out and get some mittens!). And in a week or two when my friend is recovered from a recent surgery, we are signing up for 24 Hour Fitness memberships and going in the mornings before work.
And then there is eating. Lean proteins and green green greens! Supplemented with whole grains and low-fat, calcium-rich dairy.
My goal: Lose 15 pounds before I leave for Scotland. It’s a high goal but within reach, especially since this time I have two friends for support!
